摘  要：全媒体时代是个大趋势。全媒体不断发展为新时代高校思想政治理论课改革创新提供了重要的技术支持和保障，也不可避免地带来了挑战和问题。全媒体时代，高校思想政治理论课教学要深刻认识这些机遇与挑战，并在创新教学理念，优化教学内容供给，更新教学话语体系，创新教学方式等方面下功夫，利用好全媒体的优势，切实提高思政课铸魂育人实效。

Abstract： The era of omnimedia has become an irreversible trend. The continuous development of omnimedia provides important technical support and guarantee for the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in the new era， which， however， has inevitably brought challenges and problems. For education on ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in the era of omnimedia， it is crucial to have a deep understanding of such opportunities and challenges， and make efforts to innovate the teaching concept， optimize the supply of teaching content， update the teaching discourse system， as well as innovating the teaching methods， so as to effectively improve the efficiency of ideological and political education based on good use of omnimedia.

一、問题的提出

伴随着信息社会不断发展，新兴媒体影响越来越大。截至2020年3月，我国网民规模达到9.04亿，互联网普及率达到64.5%。[1]习近平总书记在中共中央政治局就全媒体时代和媒体融合发展举行第十二次集体学习时强调：“全媒体不断发展，出现了全程媒体、全息媒体、全员媒体、全效媒体，信息无处不在、无所不及、无人不用。”[2]

全媒体时代的到来，形成了推动高校思想政治理论课（以下简称高校思政课）教学质量提升的综合优势。全媒体所传播的信息中包含着大量思想文化资源，在一定程度上为思政课教学提供了丰富的教学素材和资源。全媒体还带来了思政课教学方式的变革，让教学方法变得更加智能，更能实现及时、高效、深度的传播效果。在全媒体时代，教育者通过借助大数据技术能够精准掌握学生学习情况，收集、分析教育教学反馈和大学生思政课获得感现状等“数据信息”，更能准确定位学生需求，做到精准化教学，为深化思政课改革创新提供重要参考。……
