摘  要：本研究选取湖南省10所高职院校的部分教师、学生和教育管理部门人员为调查对象，围绕“高职院校‘大思政教育资源开发与共享机制建设”主题对其进行问卷调查和深度访谈。调查后，运用SPSS统计软件对数据进行统计分析，把脉高职院校“大思政”教育资源开发与共享机制建设现状，为进一步探索高职院校“大思政”教育资源开发与共享机制建设提供理论参考和实践借鉴。

Abstract： This study investigates some teachers， students and personnel of education management departments of 10 higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province， and conducts questionnaire survey and in-depth interview on the theme of "the development and sharing mechanism construction of the great ideological and political education resources" in higher vocational colleges. Then SPSS is used for statistical analysis of the data to study the status of the "great ideological and political" education， so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for further exploring the development and sharing mechanism construction of "great ideological and political" education resources in higher vocational colleges.

高校思想政治工作是學校各项工作的生命线，关乎学校办学方向，关乎育人根本。如何做好新时代高校思想政治工作？关键在于打造“大思政”格局，突破思政资源各自为政、信息孤岛等困境，实现育人最大合力。作为教育大省的湖南，高职院校“大思政”教育资源开发和共享机制建设情况如何？为什么要开发“大思政”教育资源？开发什么领域、类型的思政教育资源？以什么方式开发？开发的理论依据和原则是什么？开发后又如何共享？为解决这一系列问题，从文献分析和实证调研两个方面展开了研究。

一、高职院校“大思政”教育资源开发与共享机制建设研究文献分析

通过中国知网、万方数据、人大报刊复印资料等途径检索各类期刊、报纸、会议论文和学位论文系统梳理“大思政”教育资源开发与共享机制研究资料，为进一步探索高职院校“大思政”教育资源开发与共享机制建设提供理论参考和实践借鉴。……
