摘 要：CBA外援的使用一直是体育领域较为关注的议题，如何正确、有效的使用外援，而且不过于依赖于外援是中国篮协当务之急需思考、解决的问题。本文运用文献资料、数据统计、逻辑分析等方法对我国CBA联赛外援主导化问题源由进行挖掘，并解读不利的影响因素，然后根据CBA实际情况探寻出解决问题的方案。研究结果：CBA外援经历了二十年的不断发展，已成为联盟核心支柱，并且主导着整个联赛发展。外援主导化对CBA联赛乃至中国篮球事业影响较大，主要体现在经济、竞技成绩、文化、人才培养几个方面。对此，我国管理部门应完善现有外援管理体系，加强本土球员培养力度，扩大本有市场，打造专属赛事品牌。

Abstract：

The use of CBA foreign aid has always been a topic of concern in the field of sports. How to use foreign aid correctly and effectively and not rely too much on foreign aid is an urgent problem for CBA to consider and solve. In this paper， using the methods of literature， data statistics， logical analysis and other methods， this paper excavates the causes of the problem of foreign aid dominance in Chinas CBA League， and interprets the unfavorable factors， and then explores the solutions to the problems according to the actual situation of CBA. Research results： CBA foreign aid has experienced 20 years of continuous development， has become the core pillar of the league， and dominates the development of the whole league. The leading role of foreign aid has a great influence on CBA League and even Chinese basketball， which is mainly reflected in the aspects of economy， competitive performance， culture and personnel training. In this regard， Chinas management departments should improve the existing foreign aid management system， strengthen the training of local players， expand the existing market， and create exclusive event brand.

CBA联赛是指中国男子篮球职业联赛，是由中国篮球协会所主办的中国最高等级的篮球联赛。CBA联赛经过二十多年成长逐渐成为了亚洲顶级篮球赛事之一，在CBA联赛影响力的不断扩大的趋势下，CBA联赛早已成商业化的篮球联赛。各支俱乐部为追求利益最大化，纷纷高价引进优秀外援，外援已成为各俱乐部的绝对核心球员。随着时间推移外援的核心地位越发稳固，联赛逐渐形成对外援形成依赖的发展态势。2019年9月11日中国男篮遗憾结束了北京男篮世界杯之旅，本次成绩未能达到预期理想的成绩。中国男篮在本届男篮世界杯的失利引起了我国篮协的高度重视，不禁思索起现有的培养体制。……
