摘要 为明确豫西烟区烟草病毒病的主要病毒种类，利用9种病毒血清通过酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）对2019年豫西（三门峡、洛阳、济源）3个烟叶产区的102份病毒病样品进行了系统检测。结果表明，豫西烟区病毒总检出率为94.12%;病毒种类主要有5种，分别为烟草花叶病毒（tobacco mosaic virus，TMV）、烟草脉带花叶病毒（tobacco vein banding mosaic virus，TVBMV）、烟草蚀纹病毒（tobacco etch virus，TEV）、烟草黄瓜花叶病毒（tobacco cucumber mosaic virus，CMV）及烟草马铃薯Y病毒（potato virus Y，PVY），TMV和TVBMV为优势种，其中三门峡优势种为TVBMV，洛阳优势种为TMV，济源优势种为TMV。豫西烟区病毒侵染类型中单一侵染率为35.42%，TMV的单一侵染率最高，为18.75%;2种及以上病毒复合侵染率为64.58%，其中TVBMV+TEV的复合侵染率最高，为11.46%，其次是TMV+CMV+TVBMV+TEV，复合侵染率为10.42%。

Pathogen Detection and Multiple Infection Analysis of Tobacco Virus Disease in Tobacco Growing Areas of Western Henan Province

Abstract In order to identify the main types of tobacco virus diseases in tobacco growing areas of Western Henan Province （Sanmenxia， Luoyang and Jiyuan）， 102 samples of tobacco virus diseases from three tobacco producing areas in Western Henan Province in 2019 were detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The results showed that the total detection rate of virus was 94.12%， and there were five kinds of virus， including tobacco mosaic virus （TMV）， tobacco vein banding mosaic virus （TVBMV），tobacco etch virus （TEV）， tobacco cucumber mosaic virus （CMV） and tobacco potato virus Y （PVY），TMV and TVBMV were the dominant species.Among them， TVBMV was the dominant species in Sanmenxia， TMV in Luoyang and TMV in Jiyuan.The single infection rate was 35.42%，the single infection rate of TMV was the highest， 18.75%;the compound infection rate of two or more viruses was 64.58%， in which TVBMV + TEV was the highest （11.46%），followed by TMV + CMV + TVBMV + TEV，the compound infection rate was 10.42%.

病毒病是全世界煙草栽培地区普遍发生的一类病害，也是我国各烟区的重要病害，近年来有日益严重的趋势[1]。病毒病可造成花叶、畸形、坏死、矮化等症状，严重影响烟叶产量和质量。据2011—2015年统计，常见病毒病害如烟草普通花叶病毒病、烟草黄瓜花叶病毒病、烟草马铃薯Y病毒病所造成的烟草经济损失

占烟草病虫害所造成总损失的43%左右，超过真菌病害所造成的损失，成为对烟草生产威胁最大的一类病害[2]。目前，在我国已报道的烟草病毒病病害有25种，约占烟草侵染性病害种类的1/4[2-3]，其中严重影响烟草生长的病毒种类主要有6种：烟草花叶病毒（tobacco mosaic virus，TMV）、烟草黄瓜花叶病毒（cucumber mosaic virus，CMV）、烟草马……
