【摘    要】在核心素养背景下，初中英语教师致力于创新教学形式、革新教学理念，促使英语课堂教学活动更开放、更多样，进而有效提高学生的探索欲望，帮助学生积极主动地投入学习活动中。在生本理念的支撑下，初中英语教师把学生当作教学的重心，突出学生的主体地位，通过科学创设英语学习情境，激发学生的学习兴趣，全面提升学生的英语综合能力。本文对英语教学过程中存在的问题进行分析，并从三个方面阐述核心素养下生本理念构建的相应策略。

【Abstract】In the context of core literacy， junior high school English teachers are committed to innovating teaching methods and teaching concepts， making English classroom teaching activities more open and diverse， thereby effectively increasing students' desire for exploration and helping students to actively participate in learning activities Under the support of the student-oriented concept， junior high school English teachers regard students as the focus of teaching， highlight their dominant position， create English learning situations scientifically， stimulate students' interest in learning， and comprehensively improve students' comprehensive English ability. This article analyzes the problems existing in the process of English teaching， and expounds the corresponding strategies for the construction of the concept of core literacy from three aspects.

相较于其他学科来说，初中英语学科具有较大的学习难度。虽然英语是一门语言学科，但是受到母语的影响，初中生学习思维、学习规律的发展都可能跟不上教师的教学节奏。在传统的英语教学模式下，教师多以说教式、灌输式的教学方法来讲授英语知识，学生也多是被动学习英语学科。

一、初中英语教学中存在的问题

（一）教师教学观念落后

在實践教学活动中，部分教师认为自己是课堂教学的主体，与学生的关系是教与被教的关系，学生在英语课堂上表现出被动的学习状态，难以产生学习兴趣。与此同时，部分教师认为英语学科是一门语言学科，理论知识相对固定化，所以英语学科的教学内容、教学形式仍然较为传统，导致学生学习兴趣低下、学习情趣不高。学生的课堂主体地位不能被有效凸显出来，学习主动性和积极性受到严重制约。……
