【摘    要】基于微活动的主题式德育，就是构建以微活动为载体，以每月一主题为线索的德育课程体系。通过有序的、有主題的微活动课程开发，推动课程横轴与纵轴的构建，使课程开发成网状的3.0版。本文作者以自身学校班级的实践为例，介绍课程开发的背景、意义与初步实践。

A Probe into the Development of Subject-based Moral Education Curriculum based on Micro Activities

【Abstract】Thematic moral education based on micro-activities is to construct a moral education curriculum system with micro-activities as the carrier and the monthly theme as the clue. Through the development of orderly and topical micro-activity courses， the construction of the horizontal and vertical axes of the course is promoted， and the course is developed into a network version 3.0. The author of this article takes the practice of his school class as an example to introduce the background， significance and preliminary practice of curriculum development.

一、开发基于微活动的主题式德育课程的背景

（一）高效自治的班级建设现状

笔者一直把文化引领、制度治班、活动兴班作为打造一个高效自治班集体的必备条件，用文化领航让班级有目标可追，用制度护航让班级常规落到实处，借活动来凝心聚力，构建家长、教师与学生的学习成长共同体。

（二）学生思想道德教育实际

我校处于农村地区，外来务工人员子女逐年增加，学生家庭背景参差不齐，家长文化水平普遍不高，德育工作开展难度较大。说教式德育已经不能满足新时代的教学要求了，德育的方式和手段亟待改革。结合我校学生实际，开发基于微活动的主题式德育课程，因此具有很强的现实意义和价值。

（三）学校德育工作需求

我校一直致力于德育工作的研究，对德育活动已有一定的探索。每逢重大节日或特殊日子都会开展相应的节日纪念活动和主题教育活动，也会利用学校的体艺节等开展相关的德育活动。虽然学校基本可以做到每周一活动，但是至今尚未形成全面系统的德育课程体系，这就给课程开发创设了极大的研究空间。……
