Research on the Antirust Treatment of Nodular Cast Iron

【摘  要】论文对金属生锈的机理和种类、球墨铸铁的化学成分和结构以及金属的防锈方法进行了研究。论文提出了对球墨铸铁进行植物油镀膜、紫胶镀膜和加镍处理这三种防锈处理方法，并对前两种方法进行了试验，处理得到的球墨铸铁都具有一定的防锈性能。应用这三种方法不仅能够达到防锈的效果，而且安全无毒，适用于对生活用品和厨房器具的防锈处理。

【Abstract】The paper studies the mechanism and types of metal rust， the chemical composition and structure of nodular cast iron， and the metal antirust methods. The paper puts forward three antirust treatment methods for nodular cast iron： vegetable oil coating， shellac coating and adding nickel treatment. The paper tests the first two methods， and the nodular cast iron obtained by the treatment has certain antirust performance. The application of these three methods can not only achieve the antirust effect， but also is safe and non-toxic， and is suitable for the antirust treatment of daily necessities and kitchen utensils.

1 引言

金属生锈是指金属处于潮湿空气或水中时，表面被氧化而生成一层化合物。生锈本质上是金属的氧化反应。当金属生锈后，它的机械性能和外观都会受到一定的影响，金属器件遭到破坏，这种情况增加了保养和维修机械设备的费用，导致经济损失，甚至还可能出现安全事故[1]。球墨铸铁是一种具有优良性能的铸铁材料，其强度较高，并且耐磨性能好，摩擦系数小，不含对身体有害的化学元素，广泛应用于机械制造、化工、冶金、造船和国防等领域[2]，也可用于制作烹饪器具。但是球墨铸铁的化学性质较活泼，遇水和空气后易生锈，为机械和球墨铸铁烹具的使用和维护带来了不便。对球墨铸铁进行防锈处理能够解决球墨铸铁生锈带来的设备维修与保护的费用增加等问题，为铸铁锅具的使用和清洗带来便利，因此，对球墨铸铁防锈处理方法的研究具有广阔的发展前景。……
