Analysis of the Construction of Prefabricated Component Production Base of Prefabricated Building

【摘  要】随着我国社会的发展和科学技术的进步，建筑行业实现了迅猛发展，进而使得建筑行业的市场竞争压力随之增加。因此，实现行业创新成为建筑行业突破瓶颈的重要途径。装配式建筑具有节能、环保、提升工程效率和质量、降低成本等优势，其成为建筑行业的未来发展趋势。但随着装配式建筑的不断推行，其自身存在的问题逐渐暴露出来。其中，建筑构件的预制环节是装配式建筑的核心部分，同时，也是存在问题较多且具有一定解决难度的部分。论文主要分析装配式建筑预制构件生产基地建设的重要意义以及存在的问题，对相关设计要求进行分析，就应对策略进行探析。

【Abstract】With the development of China's society and the progress of science and technology， the building industry has achieved rapid development， which in turn has led to an increase in market competition pressure in the building industry with it. Therefore， the realization of industry innovation has become an important way for the building industry to break through the bottleneck. Prefabricated building has the advantages of energy saving， environmental protection， improving the efficiency and quality of the engineering， reducing costs and so on， which has become the future development trend of the building industry. But with the continuous implementation of prefabricated building， its own problems are gradually exposed. Among them， the prefabrication link of building component is the core part of prefabricated building， but it is also the part with more existing problems and certain difficulties to solve. This paper mainly analyzes the significance and existing problems of the construction of prefabricated component production base of prefabricated building， analyzes the relevant design requirements， and discusses the coping strategies.

1 引言

近年来，我国建设规模不断加大，建筑行业发展飞快，其应用的科学技术有了明显提升。但是相对发达国家而言，我国建筑行业的工业化程度发展较为缓慢，为了更好地提升我国建筑工程的质量和效率、促进企业利益的增长、实现更加环保节能的目标，装配式建筑的发展逐渐成为我国建筑行业的未来发展趋势。但是因为装配式建筑在我国的发展起步较晚，目前还存在一定的现实问题和困难，如建造成本高、缺乏专业技术型人才、缺乏相应的技术支持等，这使得装配式建筑的实际应用情况与预期目标之间存在一定的差距。虽然存在着诸多的发展障碍，但并不影响装配式建筑自身具有的多方面优势的发挥，因此，装配式建筑在我国实现大范围和快速发展势在必行。……
