Discussion on the Problems in the Application of Blockchain Technology in Audit

【摘  要】区块链作为一种能够将信息更加严密保存并传递的信息技术，其技术优势与审计实务之间存在高度的一致性。从事审计业务的人员可以灵活地运用区块链中的去中心化、不可篡改、时间戳等技术所带的便捷功能，可以从根本上改变审计传统范式。但在实际应用的过程中，区块链技术的一些技术特性反而成为其应用于审计业务的阻碍，这些技术壁垒需要通过不断的发现和革新得以破除，相关人员应将其与审计业务相结合并逐步调整为能够应用于审计业务的区块链技术。

【Abstract】As an information technology that can keep and transmit information more strictly and confidentially， blockchain has a high degree of consistency between its technical advantages and audit practice. People engaged in audit business can flexibly use the convenient functions brought by technologies such as decentralization， immutability and timestamp in blockchain， which can fundamentally change the traditional paradigm of audit. However， in the process of practical application， some technical characteristics of blockchain technology have become obstacles to its application in audit business instead. These technical barriers need to be broken through continuous discovery and innovation. Relevant personnel should combine the blockchain technology with the audit business and gradually adjust it to be a blockchain technology that can be applied to audit business.

1 区块链技术在审计中应用的问题

1.1 区块链的去中心化不完全适用

区块链的去中心化的技术特征是最显著的特点，也是其应用于很多经济领域的显著原因。因为经济领域普遍对于信息的真实性和完整性较为敏感，而去中心化是防治舞弊的有效的手段。但是将去中心化完全渗透于审计程序当中是存在风险性的。因为区块链维护的区域存在局限性，虽然在组织形态上呈现去中心化的状态是指区块链只维护一个透明的、不可变的时间戳记录状态视图在组织形式上是去中心化的。区块链的去中心化体现在加密的过程中使用了哈希算法，该算法在加密的过程中保持了单向，这也就意味是不可逆的过程，一次存在就将在这个流程中永久存在，将有可能修改的概率完全抹杀。……
