【摘 要】随着大数据时代的到来，想要提升档案管理工作的质量和效率，就需要搭建一个良好的平台，使档案管理信息得到有效的整合与利用。同时，档案管理人才的能力、素养要与时代的发展相适应，不断提升自身的专业能力与综合素质。基于此，论文以大数据时代下档案管理人才应具备的能力为研究对象，首先探讨大数据时代档案管理的优势，然后阐述大数据时代下提升档案管理人才能力的重要性，最后分析大数据时代下档案管理人才应具备的具体能力，希望档案管理人员能够结合实际情况不断自我提升，从而满足工作需求。
【Abstract】With the advent of the big data era， in order to improve the quality and efficiency of archives management work， we need to construct a good platform to make effective integration and utilization of archives management information. At the same time， the abilities and quality of archives management talents should adapt to the development of the times， and constantly improve their professional abilities and comprehensive quality. Based on this， this paper takes the abilities that archives management talents should have under the big data era as the research object， firstly discusses the advantages of archives management in the big data era， then expounds the importance of improving the abilities of archives management talents under the big data era， and finally analyzes the specific abilities that archives management talents should have under the big data era. The paper hopes that the archives management personnel can combine with the actual situation to constantly improve themselves， so as to meet the work needs.

1 大数据时代档案管理的优势
大数据时代的到来对档案管理来说所具有的优势主要体现为：①降低管理成本。通过利用大数据技术能够对档案信息进行高效存储，而且占用空间很小，在管理和运营上所消耗的资金更少，并不需要投入过多的人力和物力，如此则有效降低了管理成本。②能够有效实现档案资源共享。通过引入了大数据技术，档案信息资料便可以共享，对不同区域、领域等方面的档案信息进行整合，实现信息共享，也为信息管理提供更多的发展平台。在面对各种档案数据时，应当提取具有更高价值的信息，管理人员还需要构建数据库系统，以便提升档案资料本身的价值[1]。③降低档案损坏风险。在大数据时代到来之前，用于档案管理的载体为纸质材料，然而由于其本身的抗风险能力较弱，所以当档案保存地区发生了特殊情况，纸质材料则非常容易受到影响，甚至还会导致档案信息资料出现严重损坏。……
