Community Elderly from the Perspective of Social Work

【摘  要】我国是发展中国家当中人口老龄化极为严重的国家之一。随着我国经济的不断发展，医疗水平的逐步提高，我国人口老龄化的特征日趋突显。为了应对人口老龄化日趋严峻的现实和日益突出的老年人尤其是社区老人的养老问题，论文基于社会工作的视角，以社区老人居家养老服务为研究对象，通过阅读和参考大量文献并查阅有关资料，提出在社区老人居家养老方面存在社区居家养老机构的数量规模不足、社区工作者专业素养不高等问题。

【Abstract】China is one of the developing countries with a very serious aging population. With the continuous development of China's economy and the gradual improvement of medical treatment level， the characteristics of China's aging population are becoming increasingly prominent. In order to deal with the reality of the increasing seriousness of the aging population and the increasingly prominent problem of the elderly care， especially the community elderly， based on the perspective of social work， this paper takes the home-based elderly care services for the community elderly as the research object. By reading and referring to a large amount of literature and reviewing relevant information， the paper proposes that in the home-based elderly care services for the community elderly， there are problems such as insufficient number and scale of community home-based elderly care institutions and low professional quality of community workers.

1 引言

站在社会工作者的角度，社区居家养老服务的现状体现在以下几个方面：一是社区人口老龄化问题日趋严峻的现实;二是社区居家养老的现实需求;三是社区居家养老未能形成一定的数量和规模。同样，在社区老人居家养老服务的具体实施过程当中也面临着许许多多的问题和挑战，如何发现解决这一系列问题并且不断加以思考和完善，对于老年人居家养老服务问题的解决对策进行思考，是一名社会工作者所应尽的义务，只有认清现实，立足当下的社区居家养老才能更好地推动社区老人居家养老服务向前发展。
