Discussion on the Optimization of Accounting Control Work in Coal Mine

【摘  要】煤矿工业作为我国经济发展的重要支柱产业，一直都以粗放型发展为主要方式，伴随市场经济体制的不断改革，逐步向集约化发展方向进行转变。面对煤炭行业的转型发展，囊括了煤炭企业经济活动各个环节的会计工作，要结合当前企业的发展需要，创新传统的会计管控模式，从而促进煤炭企业健康发展。对此，论文针对煤矿会计管控工作中存在的问题进行了详细的探讨，并在此基础上提出了优化煤矿会计管控工作的策略，消除影响企业发展的不良因素。

【Abstract】As an important pillar industry of China's economic development， coal mining industry has always taken extensive development as the main way. With the continuous reform of the market economic system， it has gradually changed to the direction of intensive development. Facing the transformation and development of the coal industry， accounting work covering all aspects of economic activities of coal enterprises should be combined with the development needs of current enterprises to innovate the traditional accounting control mode， so as to promote the healthy development of coal enterprises. In this regard， the paper discusses in detail the problems existing in the work of coal mine accounting control， and on this basis， puts forward the strategy of optimizing the work of coal mine accounting control， and eliminates the adverse factors that affect the development of enterprises.

1 引言

作为近年来我国社会主义经济增长的重要支撑性产业之一的煤矿工业，在社会主义市场经济迅速繁荣和发展、竞争日趋激烈的今天，面临着越来越严峻的发展前景。在当前形势下，为保证煤炭资源的高质量可持续发展，煤炭企业必须由原来的粗放型发展模式逐步转为集约化发展。会计管控体系是企业进行现代科学化的经营管理的主要手段，与成本控制、财务管理等各项企业的经济效益密切相连。因此，不断提升煤炭会计管控水平对企业发展具有重要意义，要坚持从实际出发，客观全面地分析当前会计管理工作中存在的问题，并提出针对性的解决对策，优化产业内部的会计管控工作，从而促进煤炭企业科学规范化发展。

2 煤矿企业会计管控的现状

从我国的现状来看，煤矿的会计仍是一种比较传统落后的监督管理模式，无法达到提高其会计信息准确性和时效度的目标。……
