【摘  要】基层党建政工工作对于建筑行业而言十分重要，其能够构建出优质的战斗队伍，也能够在建筑业内形成良好的文化思想氛围，从而有效促进建筑业健康长远发展。为使建筑业基层党建政工工作有序推进，论文就其工作新思路展开了探讨。

【Abstract】Grassroots Party building and political work is very important for the construction industry， which can build a high quality fighting team and form a good cultural and ideological atmosphere in the construction industry， so as to effectively promote the healthy and long-term development of the construction industry. In order to make the construction grassroots Party building and political work orderly advance， the paper discusses the new thinking of its work.

1 引言

在步入21世纪之后，国家社会经济发展速度变得越发迅猛，这为建筑业持续发展提供了良好的契机。建筑业在不断发展的同时也面临着全新的挑战，而基层党建政工工作在建筑业发展过程中起着十分重要的作用，是有效构建优质人才队伍、促进建筑业长远发展的关键。可是就建筑业基层党建政工工作实施现状来分析的话，其仍存在着一些问题。为做好这一项工作，论文结合新时代建筑业产业发展诉求来对如何加强建筑业基层党建政工工作展开了如下分析。

2 建筑业基层党建政工工作的内容及意义

建筑业作为我国社会经济结构之中的重要构成，本身就承担着创造经济价值、社会价值的重要使命，在有效推动国民经济发展上起着至关重要的作用，而基层党建政工工作作为建筑行业管理与发展的重要构成，也是建筑业有效提高自身市场竞争力的重要手段。建筑业在发展过程中若能合理开展党建政工工作，就能有助于党组织领导、政治核心作用的有效发挥，同时还能有效协调建筑业管理层与一线员工之间的关系。……
