Discussion on the Importance of Party Building Work in Administrative Management

【摘  要】企业内部开展党建管理工作是确保思想文化建设的重要手段，同时也是企业行政管理的主要内容，所以对于企业的发展而言至关重要。在企业运行管理过程中，党建工作逐渐取得了一定的效果，能够有效提升我国企业员工的思想文化水平，加大对于人力资源的开发和利用，进而提高企业的核心竞争力。论文介绍了当前党建工作在行政管理中的重要性，同时提出了具体的提高党建工作水平的措施，希望对企业的行政管理工作开展有所帮助。

【Abstract】The internal management of the Party building is an important means to ensure the ideological and cultural construction， but also the main content of enterprise administration， so it is very important for the development of enterprises. In the process of enterprise operation and management， the Party building work has gradually achieved a certain effect， which can effectively improve the ideological and cultural level of Chinese enterprises， increase the development and utilization of human resources， and then improve the core competitiveness of enterprise workers. The paper introduces the importance of the current Party building work in the administrative management， and puts forward the concrete measures to improve the level of the Party building work， hoping to help the administrative management work of enterprises.

1 引言

党建工作一直以来都是我国企业开展行政管理的重要手段，既能够有效提高企业内部的团队凝聚力，还能够大大提升行政管理工作的执行效率和质量。因此，在企业管理工作中，一定要加强对于党建工作的有效开展，并通过对党建工作在行政管理中的重要性分析与研究，使相关人员充分认识到党建工作开展的意义和价值，从而真正发挥出其在企业发展中的重要作用。

2 党建工作在行政管理中的重要性

2.1 促进企业文化建设

随着当前社会经济的高速发展，无论是大型企业还是中小型企业的发展规模都在逐步扩大，要想进一步实现企业的高效化管理，必然需要加强对于企业内部人力资源的开发和利用，提高对于企业文化培养的重视程度。因为健康的企业文化是确保企业持续不断发展的动力，同时也是企业软实力的重要体现。……
