Research on the Development Path of Rural Leisure and Vacation Tourism in Guangdong Under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

【摘  要】[目的/意义]在国家大力推进乡村振兴战略进程的背景下，积极探索休闲乡村体发展乡村休闲度假旅游的模式具有重要战略意义。[方法/过程]论文采用案例分析法，选取具有代表性的成功案例，对村落在乡村振兴战略推行方面与乡村休闲度假旅游发展等情况进行对比梳理。[结果/结论]研究发现：定向扶持（资金、技术、人才）和提质升级（产业结构、生态价值、特色文化）两大发展阶段，促使企业、机构、村民三方紧密联系，合力打造休闲美丽乡村综合体，而乡村体外围则相互作用，从而使“乡村振兴引导乡村旅游可持续发展，乡村旅游助推乡村振兴”的双向目标的达成。由此得出在乡村振兴战略下广东乡村休闲度假旅游——定向扶持、提质升级、乡村休闲度假旅游可持续发展的发展路径。

【Abstract】[Purpose/Significance] Under the background of the China's vigorous promotion of rural revitalization strategy， it is of great strategic significance to actively explore the mode of developing rural leisure vacation tourism by leisure rural individual. [Method/Process] This paper adopts the case analysis method， selects representative successful cases， and makes a comparative analysis of villages in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the development of rural leisure and vacation tourism. [Results/Conclusion] The paper found that the two development stages of targeted support （capital， technology， talent） and quality upgrading （industrial structure， ecological value， characteristic culture） promote the close contact between enterprises， institutions and villagers to jointly build a leisure and beautiful rural complex， while the rural outer wall interacts with each other， so as to achieve the two-way goal of "rural revitalization guides the sustainable development of rural tourism， and rural tourism boosts rural revitalization". Therefore， under the strategy of rural revitalization， the development path of rural leisure and vacation tourism in Guangdong Province， which is oriented support， quality upgrading and sustainable development， is concluded.

1 引言

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告提出要实施“乡村振兴战略”，乡村振兴为解决我国城乡发展不协调、农村发展不充分的问题具有重要战略意义。近年来，乡村旅游的不断发展，乡村休闲度假旅游更迎合人们对休闲、度假、体验的更深层次需求，有利于刺激乡村地区城镇化道路的新经验、新方向、新模式的形成。

将乡村休闲度假旅游和推动乡村振兴战略相结合，一方面能够让城市居民获得乡村体验，远离喧嚣;另一方面，乡村休闲度假旅游能进一步促进农村经济发展，推动乡村产业结构优化，促进城乡协调发展。……
