Research on the Guarantee of Human Resources Under the Environment of Network Economy

【摘  要】随着现代化技术以及信息化手段的高速发展，社会已经全面进入网络经济环境之中，这对各个社会企业带来了极大的影响。人力资源管理工作以及保障工作作为企业的重要工作环节，如果不能随着互联网的发展而进行改革创新，就会严重影响到管理效率以及管理质量，甚至还会对企业的未来发展产生不良影响。因此，论文首先对人力资源的发展现状加以明确，其次对网络经济环境对人力资源带来的影响展开深入分析，在此基础上，提出网络经济环境下人力资源的具体革新措施。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of modern technology and informatization technology， the society has fully entered the network economic environment， which also has a great impact on various social enterprises. Human resources management and security work， as an important part of the work of enterprises， if the reform and innovation cannot be carried out with the development of the internet， it will seriously affect the management efficiency and quality， and even have a negative impact on the future development of enterprises. Therefore， this paper firstly makes clear the development status of human resources， and then carries out in-depth analysis on the influence of network economic environment on human resources. On this basis， it puts forward specific innovation measures of human resources under the network economic environment.

1 引言

自从网络经济时代到来后，人力资源已经成为企业重点关注的工作，那些完全符合企业实际需求的人才，能够为企业创造出极大的收益，还可以为企业的后续发展注入全新的活力。因此，人力资源的保障问题已经成为各个社会企业急需解决的问题，人力资源保障主要就是指各类人力资源，其在丧失基本价值的过程中，为其提供出必要的生存保障服务，如劳动薪酬保障以及健康保障等多个方面。然而，尽管大部分企业都重点关注人力资源的保障问题，但其实际情况却并不乐观，这是由于在网络经济时代中，企业都与大数据技术以及互联网技术有着紧密联系，这就必然会出现一些不良因素影响企业对于人才的吸收，对正常的人力资源管理产生影响。……
