Research on the Optimization of Inventory Management in A Company

【摘  要】随着经济的发展，成本不断增加，导致企业利润逐渐下降。通过分析企业现有情况，发现问题的主要影响因素，提出对应的改善方法。首先对配件进行合理的库存分类，再预测出较为精确的库存，为接下来的订货点以及安全库存设定提供参考依据。这样能够为企业合理地减少库存面积，降低库存成本，增大利润空间。

【Abstract】With the development of economy， the cost keeps increasing， leading to the gradual decline of enterprise profits. Through the analysis of the existing situation of the enterprise， the main influencing factors of the problems are found， and the corresponding improvement methods are proposed. We should firstly make a reasonable inventory classification of accessories， and then predict a more accurate inventory， which provides a reference for the next order point and the setting of safety inventory. This can reasonably reduce the inventory area， reduce the inventory cost and increase the profit space for enterprises.

1 引言

库存是企业中至关重要又不可缺少的一环，在保证企业连续正常运转的同时也增加了企业的成本。合适的库存策略，对企业利润的情况来说，是至关重要的。实际销售情况与库存的策略的制定，在一定程度上是相关联的。企业的实际生活中，会对产品的需求作出预测，依据产品需求的预测情况来安排订货等库存管理策略。

库存是企业中至关重要又不可缺少的一环，在保证企业连续正常运转的同时也增加了企业的成本。要提高企业的盈利能力，制定合适的库存策略至关重要。A公司是较为知名的互联网公司，因公司战略调整安排，发展其汽车服务业务，其旗下一站式的汽车服务平台便应运而生，成为该公司洪流战略落地的重要举措。2016年8月14日，A公司宣布收购B养车公司，原A公司维保事业部与B养车公司合并为“A养车公司”。合并后的A养车公司旗下拥有28家线下店，覆盖华东、华南、中西等7个城市。A养车公司为给自己提供充足的货源支持以及支撑开展的线上汽车配件售卖业务，租赁建设了自己的仓库，仓库选址位于浙江省湖州市，论文围绕A公司湖州仓的线上业务展开研究。……
