Health System Archives Management and Innovative Measures Under the New Situation

【摘  要】檔案是卫生系统的真实记录，也是重要的材料以及不可再生的资源。在卫生系统中，档案于长期的医疗活动中逐步形成，其研究价值不容忽视。其中大部分都属于医务人员在诊疗期间形成的实践材料。该类档案属于档案管理体系中的重要构成，也有助于今后对相关疾病的防控工作的开展，为相关人士提供经验与参考，从而给学术研讨会等提供一些数据信息。鉴于此，创新档案管理，并促使其工作质量的提升，对卫生系统的发展显得很重要。

【Abstract】Archives are the true record of the health system， as well as important materials and non-renewable resources. In the health system， archives are gradually formed in the long-term medical activities， and its research value cannot be ignored. Most of them belong to the practice material formed by medical personnel during the diagnosis and treatment. This kind of archive is an important part of the archives management system， and also helps to carry out the prevention and control work of related diseases in the future， and provides experience and reference for relevant people， so as to provide some data and information for academic seminars. In view of this， it is very important for the development of health system to innovate archives management and promote its work quality.

1 引言

档案管理过程实际上是集中调度各种资源的过程，而运行状况系统的关键资产反映在文件资源中。档案管理的水平不仅影响医疗系统的未来发展，而且影响医疗系统的科学决策。因此，有必要应用新技术和新思想，以不断将医疗保健系统管理提高到一个新水平。现阶段的卫生系统需要改革和转型，以便更好地为人们提供服务。档案管理则是卫生系统里面的重要内容，也是促进卫生系统发展的重要元素，需要加以重视。

2 档案管理在创新医疗系统中的重要性

随着时代的不断发展，医疗体制的改革日益深入，这对医疗系统的档案管理提出了巨大的挑战，传统的档案管理方法已经无法满足现代社会的发展需求。当前是信息和数字化时代。网络信息技术的进步为医疗系统中的档案管理创造了新的机会。……
