摘  要：信息化视域下的现代教育技术，是集现代教育与信息技术为一体的综合性教学模式，是为改革教育教学，提高教学质量，优化教育结构而提出的。本文以信息化视域下现代教育技术的理论与实际为核心，简要阐述现代教育技术的概念界定与应用定义，探索现代教育技术的应用特点与结构要素。然后以实现现代教育技术在教育教学活动中的有效应用，发挥现代教育技术价值与作用为目的，分别为其提供两点有效对策，以供参考。

Abstract： The modern educational technology in the perspective of informatization is a comprehensive teaching mode integrating modern education and information technology. It is proposed to reform education， improve teaching quality and optimize educational structure. Based on the theory and practice of modern educational technology from the perspective of information technology， this paper briefly expounds the concept definition and application definition of modern educational technology， and explores the application characteristics and structural elements of modern educational technology. Then， in order to realize the effective application of modern educational technology in education and teaching activities and give full play to the value and role of modern educational technology， two effective countermeasures are provided for reference.

信息化視域下，我国教育领域面临着被技术异化的困境，教育问题不断涌现。现代教育技术作为含有丰富教学资源、大量信息数据、有效教育信息的教育载体与教育形式，将其应用于教育教学活动中，对于有效突破教育困境，提升教学质量有着较高帮助。

1  现代教育技术的概念界定与应用定义

1.1 现代教育技术的概念界定

信息化视域下的现代教育技术，指的是转变传统教育理论与教育技术，运用现代化的教育理论和现代信息技术，通过对教育教学活动的开展过程和资源的开发、设计、利用、管理和评价，来实现对教育教学活动的优化和完善的一种全新理论与实践。现代教育技术源于20世纪30年代初期的美国，与教育技术不同之处在于现代教育技术加上了“现代”二字，代表了现代教育技术是具有现代风格的，属于新式的、现行的一种新出现的教育技术，与之对应的是传统教育技术，可以对现代教育技术的实施与应用，理解为对传统教育模式的一种改革与创新。……
