摘要 在阐述甘肃省张掖市文冠果省级林木良种基地发展现状及营建必要性的基础上，根据区域林业经济发展与林业生态建设的需要，提出了张掖市文冠果省级林木良种基地营建措施和建议，以期为加快张掖市文冠果林木良种化进程、提高林木良种使用率提供参考。

Abstract On the basis of expounding the development status and construction necessity of provincial forest improved variety base of Xanthoceras sorbifolia in Zhangye City， according to the needs of regional forestry economic development and forestry ecological construction， the construction measures and suggestions of provincial forest improved variety base of Xanthoceras sorbifolia in Zhangye City were put forward， in order to provide reference for speeding up the process of improved variety of Xanthoceras sorbifolia and improving the utilization rate of improved varieties of forest.

優良的林木种苗资源是林业现代化建设基础生产资料，是着力提升森林质量的根本保障，也是提供优质生态产品的关键因素[1]。林木良种基地是优良种质资源收集保存及林木良种选育的场所，是目前我国林木良种生产供应的主体，是国家重点投入的林木种苗工程项目之一[2]。林木良种基地也是为各项生态环境建设和城镇绿化工程提供优良繁殖、种植材料的场所，其生产能力直接关系到造林绿化的良种使用率。因此，加强林木良种基地建设，对于提高林木良种生产水平及促进林地生产增收具有重要意义

甘肃省

张掖市大力发展以文冠果为主的木本油料产业，积极营建文冠果林木良种示范基地，既可满足林业生态建设的需要，又对改善区域生态环境、调整林业产业结构和发展地方经济等具有重要作用。笔者根据张掖市文冠果省级林木良种基地营建的工作情况，以及甘肃河西地区林业经济建设与区域林业生态建设的需要，阐述了良种基地营建的措施与经验，提出了加快推进河西地区文冠果示范基地林木良种化、标准化、规范化、科学化进程，以期为甘肃省林木良种基地建设和林业生态建设提供借鉴。……
