摘  要：为保证学位论文授予质量，国务院学位委员会、教育部颁布了学位论文抽检办法的通知，在此背景下，文章首先对西安理工大学往年抽检及盲审专家提出的问题进行梳理，并针对问题提出解决措施，在此基础上，抽取了西安理工大学土木工程专业共计47份毕业生学位论文，重点就论文中存在的格式问题进行审查，获得了影响研究生学位论文质量的常见格式问题及高发格式错误的规律及分布。

Abstract： In order to ensure the quality of Thesis Award， the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and the Ministry of education have already issued a notice about the sampling inspection method for dissertations. The problems proposed by experts along spot-check informer years were collected and studied in this paper， and the solutions to the problems were proposed. Moreover， a total of 47 Graduate Dissertations of civil engineering major in Xi'an University of technology are selected， the format problems in thesis were checked and the regularity and distribution of frequent format errors affecting the quality of graduate thesis were obtained.

一、概述

随着我国高等教育的迅速发展，研究生招生规模不断扩大，研究生教育工作的重点逐渐由单纯的数量扩张转向质量的不断提升[1]。伍爱群[2]指出研究生是国家科学与技术高端人才的新生力量和后备军，其培养质量直接影响到我国高科技人才队伍的建设，影响到高科技的发展，对我国成为世界科技强国至关重要。学位论文是高等院校教学计划的重要环节，它是检验毕业生对所学知识的理解和应用的具体表现形式，也是我国高等院校教学质量的体现[3]。研究生学位论文的质量会一直是关注的热点[4]，学位论文质量的好坏直接关系到学生能否按时毕业及获得学位。此外，为保证学位论文授予质量，深化研究生教育综合改革，落实教育立德树人的根本任务，强化学位授予单位、指导教师和研究生的质量……
