摘  要：随着目前我国教育事业的不断发展，对于师范专业人才也有着越来越大的需求，且有着越来越高的要求，因而在师范专业教育教学中，实现师范专业学生的有效培养也就十分必要。在当前师范专业学生的培养过程中，为能够使其综合能力及素质实现有效提升，十分重要的一点就是需要对其进行技能培训，并且需要有效开展素质教育，以满足人才培养的实际需求，为我国的教育教学事业提供更多的专业师范人才，促使教育教学事业得到更科学合理的发展。

Abstract： With the continuous development of education in China， there is a growing demand for teachers' professionals， and there are higher and higher requirements. Therefore， it is necessary to realize the effective training of normal students in the teaching of normal education. In order to effectively improve their comprehensive ability and quality， it is very important to train their skills and effectively carry out quality education to meet the actual needs of personnel training， so that more professional teachers for China's education and teachingcan be provided， and  the development of education and teaching more scientifically and reasonably can be promoted.

在當前高校师范专业的教育教学过程中，为能够使专业教育教学及专业人才培养得到满意的效果，需要有效开展并落实各个方面的工作，而技能培训及素质教育就是其中比较重要的方面。因此，作为新时期的高校师范专业教师，应当对学生实施科学合理的技能培训，并且需要对学生实施素质教育，以保证师范专业学生的教育及培养可以取得更加满意的效果，为学生今后的更好成长及发展提供依据及支持。

一、高校师范生技能培训与素质教育概述

在目前高校师范专业学生的教育教学中，为能够使素质教育得以实现，并且使素质教育得以强化，首先就是需要对素质教育内涵充分明确。就普遍意义方面而言，素质教育所指的就是以实现学生素质的提升为目的开展教育教学活动，其中的素质所包括的内容就是文化素质、思想政治素质以及师范专业素质，还有身体素质与心理素质等各个方面的内容，而基础就是文化素质，核心部分就是思想道德素质。……
