摘  要：红色文化对培育中国文化自信至关重要，培育新时代大学生的文化自信，是新时代中华民族复兴使命所需，是人类社会历史发展所赋予中国青年之责任担当所需。通过对红色文化的历史基础的了解，认识红色基因所赋予的精髓内核，感受到传承红色基因的时代性与紧迫性，积极探寻红色文化新时代传播传承路径，帮助新时代大学生逐步树立红色意识，主动传承红色基因，熟知红色文化，践行红色精神，争当红色文化的讲述人、代言人和传承人。

Abstract： The Red Culture is one of the important contents of Chinese cultural confidence. Strengthening the cultural confidence of college students of new era is necessary for the mission of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era and for the responsibility entrusted to the Chinese youth by the historical development of human society. Through the understanding of the historical basis of red culture， we can know the essence of Chinese red gene， and feel the times and urgency of inheriting red gene. We actively explore the ways of impart and inherit of red culture in the new era， so as to help college students in the new era to gradually establish the red consciousness， take the initiative to inherit the red gene， get familiar with the red culture， practice the red spirit， and strive to be the speaker and inheritor of the red culture.

欲知大道，必先为史。以史为镜，可以知兴替。作为新时代大学生肩负的历史使命，作为中华民族复兴——中国梦实践者的担当，中国青年，中国大学生必然要对中国的传统文化有了解，有感悟，尤其是中国的红色文化。习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中深刻阐明：“没有高度的文化自信，没有文化的繁荣兴盛，就没有中华民族伟大复兴”[1]深厚红色文化底蕴，才能坚定“四个自信”的理解，才有对中国文化的高度自信的信念，有担当中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命，以此展现新时代大学生新风貌。

红色文化，从广义上说，就是中国共产党领导人民在革命、建设、改革进程中创造的以马克思主义中国化为核心的先进文化，是传承红色基因和涵育社会主义核心价值观的天然载体。……
