摘  要：病原生物是指大自然中能给人类、动物和植物造成危害的一类生物。水产养殖专业学生需要掌握水产养殖过程中常见的病原生物以及其基本的防控方法。而病原生物種类多、分布广、易混淆，需要学生总结整理的知识点比较多。因此，病原生物学教学如果一味按照传统的灌输式教学模式，学生的积极性将受到严重影响，很难达到预期教学效果。文章在总结分析水产养殖专业病原生物学实际教学过程中遇到的问题后，提出了个人对病原生物学教学方法的改革和思考，以期为水产养殖或者其他专业开展病原生物学的教学提供一定的参考。

Abstract： Pathogenic organisms are from nature places， which can be harmful to human， animals and plants. The students whose major is aquaculture need to master the basic prevention and control methods of the common pathogenic organisms in aquaculture. However， the pathogen species are widely distributed and not easy to be classified， so students need more time to summarize the knowledge points. Therefore， if the teaching of pathogen biology blindly follows the traditional teaching mode of infusion， students' enthusiasm will be seriously affected and difficult to achieve the expected teaching aims. Here， after summarizing and analyzing the problems encountered in the actual teaching of pathogen biology in aquaculture specialty， we put forward to the reform and thinking on the teaching method of pathogen biology in order to provide some references for the teaching of pathogen microbiology in aquaculture or other specialties.

病原生物是指自然界中能够给人类、动物和植物造成危害的生物。这类生物数量分布广泛，在空气、土壤、水、植物，以及人类或者动物的体表、消化道、呼吸道等都发现它们的身影。不同病原微生物其生存环境、存在数量、流行季节、寄生宿主都存在较大差异。病原生物主要包括：细菌、病毒、真菌以及寄生虫，均可以引起感染性疾病，是导致疾病的生物性因素。病原生物学是研究病原的形态、结构、生命活动规律、致病机制以及与周围环境之间的相互作用关系的一门综合交叉学科[1]。病原生物学与基础医学、感染病学、基础免疫学等学科都有紧密的联系。病原生物学课程是水产养殖专业重要的基础专业课之一，与水产养殖和水产动物疾病间有密切关系;学生通过学习该门课程，掌握病原生物的基础理论和基本知识，对于他们日后参与水产养殖中的病害防控实际生产具有重要的意义。……
