摘  要：工程素质和创新能力培养是工程教育的重要使命。在“新工科”教育改革背景下突显出传统工程教育与国际认证偏离、产教融合长效性不足、能力培养缺乏梯度等共性问题。南方科技大学机械与能源工程系在教学实践过程中面对挑战做出一系列改革措施。构建面向国际化的教学体系、创建校企联合工程实践基地、搭建能力递增型工程实践平台，打造“开放、融合、能力递增”的工程教育模式，为实现工程素质与创新能力的全面提升提供支持。

Abstract： The cultivation of engineering expertise and innovation ability is an important mission of engineering education. In the context of the "New Engineering" education reform， the general problems， such as the deviation of traditional engineering education from ABET， the lack of long-term integration of production and education， and the lack of gradient in ability cultivation are highlighted. Facing the challenges， Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering of Southern University of Science and Technology has made a series of reform measures during the teaching practice， constructing an internationalized teaching system， creating a school-enterprise joint engineering practice base， and building a gradient engineering practice platform. The Department also creates an engineering education model of "openness， integration， and increasing ability"， and provides the support for the overall improvement of engineering expertise and innovation capability.

引言

“新工科”建设是教育部门为主动应对新一轮科技

革命与产业变革而采取的深化教育改革行动。2016年，“新工科”这一全新的概念进入公众视野，作为教育改革的新生途径，“新工科”在短短不到一年的时间里，率先进入高等教育领域，并被教育部组织众多高校进行多次研讨。2017年2月18日，教育部在上海复旦大学召开综合性高校工程教育发展战略研讨会，提出“新工科”建设的“复旦共识”[1];2017年4月8日，教育组在天津大学召开工科优势高校新工科建设研讨会，提出新工科建设的“天大行动”[2];2017年6月9日，教育部在北京组织召开新工科研究与实践专家组暨第一次工作会议，会议形成新工科建设“北京指南”[3]。“新工科”建设三部曲的形成，寓意着工科教育模式开始由“科学范式”向“工程范式”转变，工程素质和创新能力培养作为工程教育的重要使命，使其在工程教育中的重要地位越来越凸显出来。……
