摘  要：数学学科核心素养是学生发展核心素养的学科化，是关系着小学学生在数学学科中最基本的素养，提高小学数学课堂教学有效性关系着学生的身体发展和成长成才。本文是基于核心素养背景下，从分析影响小学数学课堂有效性的因素入手，分析了相关现状背景，提出了一些教学方法和措施，来帮助学生提高课堂参与性，促进小学数学高效课堂的改革。

Research Strategies for Improving the Effectiveness of Primary School Mathematics Classroom Teaching Under Core Literacy

【Abstract】The core accomplishment of mathematics subject is the subject of the development of the core accomplishment of students，is related to the primary school students in the mathematics subject of the most basic accomplishment，improve the effectiveness of primary school mathematics classroom teaching is related to the physical development and growth of students. Based on the background of core literacy，this paper analyzes the factors affecting the effectiveness of primary school mathematics classroom，analyzes the relevant current situation and background，and puts forward some teaching methods and measures to help students improve classroom participation and promote the reform of primary school mathematics efficient classroom.

小学数学是小学的必修课程，关系到学生的健康成长和综合素质的提高，是国家着重要求要重点关注的课程，所以，在数学课程中，教师应该采取积极有效的教学方法教学，优化数学教学整体方案，重点培养学生的核心素养。

1.小学数学课堂教学的现状与意义

在党的报告中明确提出当前教育的根本任务是立德树人，这也体现了教育的价值和功能，是我国素质教育改革的基石。在教育部颁布的意见中也重点指出要培养和发展学生的核心素养，在数学教学中让学生养成良好的数学思维，因此根据这一标准，结合小学数学学习目标和任务，发展学生的基本素养，来为具体的确定数学教学的编制、理念思想、课程内容等。美国相关教育学者和学府都极大的的引进和创新了这一核心理念，他们认为德育就是启发学生的一种终身学习的思想，培养学科素质是展开学科学习的重要起点，在具体的教学中不只是简单的明白学生的学习任务，更重视是贯穿“素质”这一核心理念，来让学生通过学习、训练来更好地适应社会，在社会上生存。……
