摘  要：幼儿是行为习惯养成的关键时期，在幼儿教育中培养幼儿的进餐礼仪，能够让幼儿养成良好的用餐习惯，促进幼儿身心健康发展，因此在幼儿教育中，教师需要结合幼儿的心理发展状态以及兴趣爱好等要素，为幼儿设计出具有趣味化与多元化的进餐礼仪培养模式，引导幼儿文明进餐，进而纠正幼儿错误的进餐方式，本文分析了目前在幼儿进餐礼仪培养的现状，提出了幼儿园进餐礼仪培养的策略。

【Abstract】Children are a critical period for the development of behavioral habits. Cultivating childrens eating etiquette in early childhood education can help children develop good eating habits and promote their physical and mental health. 禮仪在人与人交流和交往的过程中发挥着十分重要的作用，进餐礼仪也体现着家庭、团体的精神文明状态，展示了个人的文化魅力与人格品质，由于幼儿的思维认知还不够成熟，有些幼儿并没有养成良好的进餐礼仪，因而影响了幼儿的全面发展，因此幼儿园要重视进餐礼仪的培养，引导幼儿能够养成良好的用餐习惯。

1.智趣用餐：“智趣”教育与进餐礼仪的交集

智趣用餐主要指的是依据幼儿的兴趣爱好以及心理特征，为幼儿设置具有趣味性和丰富性的用餐环节，让幼儿能够快乐用餐、主动用餐，智趣用餐与进餐礼仪相互交集，表现在教师需要通过采用更加轻松和灵活的方式，引导幼儿感受到用餐的乐趣，在趣味性的用餐环节中，渗透进餐礼仪，这样就会消除幼儿心理上的抵触性，更有助于幼儿接受和学习。现阶段，很多家庭和幼儿园将更多的精力倾注在对幼儿技能和知识的教育中，忽视了对幼儿行为习惯等方面的培养，使得幼儿在进餐中形成了不好的习惯和方式，这对幼儿的健康成长造成了一定的阻碍。……
