摘  要：陈宝生部长在2018年6月21日召开的新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会中明确指出，要想实现对大学生的有效“增负”，就必须要对其学业挑战度进行提升，对课程难度进行适当的增加，使课程深度得到拓展的同时，课程可选择性的范围进一步扩大，确保能够从“水课”真正意义上转变成具有挑战性、难度性和深度性的“金课”。在金课视域下，铁路警务英语课程需要进一步加大改革力度，探寻更加科学的警务英语教学体系，以此实现金课建设。鉴于此，文章便深入探究金课视域下的铁路警务英语课程。

Abstract： Minister Chen Baosheng clearly pointed out in the New Era National Undergraduate Education Work Conference held on June 21， 2018 in order to achieve an effective "increasing burden" on college students， it is necessary to improve their academic challenges and improve the curriculum. The degree of difficulty is appropriately increased to expand the depth of the course. At the same time， the range of course options is further expanded to ensure that it can be transformed from a "water class" into a challenging， difficult and in-depth "golden class". From the perspective of the golden class， the railway police English course needs to be further reformed and explore a more scientific police English teaching system in order to achieve the construction of the golden class. In view of this， this article will delve into the railway police English course under the golden class perspective.

引言

為了更好培养大学生对复杂问题的解决能力与创新思维，我国教育部在2018年8月印发的通知上明确提出，各个高校需对各门课程的教学内容进行全面梳理，在淘汰“水课”的同时，打造具有挑战性、深度性和难度性的“金课”，以使课程教学质量得到切实提高。对于铁路警务英语课程来说，需要充分落实我国教育部所出的这一要求，以此贯彻陈宝生部长在新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议中提出的精神。通过打造“金课”，能够使学生在解决复杂问题时的综合能力及高级思维得到重点培养，进而使高校在人才培育过程中实现对知识、能力与素质的有机融合。为此，以下便分析了金课这一概念，并对金课视域下的铁路警务英语课程教学现状进行探讨，在此基础上提出金课视域下铁路警务英语课程的相关改革措施。……
