摘  要：文章详细地梳理出了墨子文化对应用型教育、大学生思想政治教育、应用型大学生的职业伦理教育、创新创业精神培养等方面的借鉴意义，并提出了实现的路径。从文化层面、人才培养层面将其纳入教育、教学人才培养中，将其借鉴、传承、转化、创新并发展，应用于当下的应用型高校办学实践。

Abstract： This paper sorts out in detail the reference significance of Mozi culture to the application-oriented education， the ideological and political education of college students， the professional ethical education of applied college students， and the training of innovation and enterprising spirit. And the path of realization is put forward. From the perspective of culture and talent cultivation， it is incorporated into education and teaching talent cultivation， and is used for reference， inheritance， transformation， innovation and development in the current practice of application-oriented colleges and universities.

墨子，名翟，魯国人，生于公元前五世纪中叶（约公元前468年左右），卒于公元前四世纪前叶（约公元前376年左右），在孔子之后，孟子之前，年寿约80-90岁。他出生于平民，对人民、人民的生产生活有深厚的感情，是战国初年的一位巨人。他是一位思想家、科技发明家、技术大师、教育家、军事家，是唯物主义者。他是一位重实践、重实干的大家，“言行合一”，其影响可与孔子相提并论，成为当时的孔墨两家显学之一，盛行于战国时期两百多年，弟子遍天下，远在道、佛之前、之上。墨子重人文关怀、重科学技术、重实践精神，既形而上，也形而下，是劳心与劳力的完美统一，是一位集思想与科技实践的大成者，是一位百科全书式的巨匠。被当时和后世称为“科圣”，其思想与科技发明被后人整理编撰出的《墨经》，等于整个希腊，甚至有过之而无不及。无数的国内外领袖和大师都给予了极高的评价。其思想光辉对我国古代思想和科技产生了巨大影响，极大的推动了当时我国社会进步和生产力的发展，中华民族走在了全世界的前列，是我们的骄傲和自豪。……
