摘  要：在教育部以一流本科教育为基础实施“双万计划”的背景下，一流统计学专业建设应对标高校本科专业教学质量国家标准，在实践教学体系中特别关注综合实践环节的布局与实施。文章针对统计学专业人才培养中普遍存在的难题，优化了一套以“专业实训-学科竞赛-行业短课-精英集训”为核心的应用实践流程，规划了切实可行的统筹实施方案，拓新了综合实践的培养逻辑和结构层次，可用于相关专业借鉴推广。

Abstract： Under the background that the Ministry of education implements the "Double Ten-thousand Plan" on the basis of first-class undergraduate education， the construction of first-class statistics major should be benchmarked with the national standard of undergraduate teaching quality in universities， and special attention should be paid to the layout and implementation of comprehensive practice in the professionally practical teaching system. In view of the common problems in personnel training for statistics undergraduates， this paper optimizes a set of applied practice process centered on "professional training - discipline competition - industry short courses - elite training"， makes a practical and feasible overall implementation plan， which develops the training logic and organizes the comprehensive practice well. Conclusively， it can be used for reference and promotion of relevant majors.

一、统计学专业实践教学环节的要求与目标

2019年4月2日，教育部发布《教育部办公厅关于实施一流本科专业建设“双万计划”的通知》，并于年末公布了首批建设点名单，标志着本科优秀人才培养在国家层面上开启了新的篇章。

在统计学专业教学质量国家标准[1]的描述中，其培养目标着重强调了掌握基本理论方法、相关计算机技术、一定专门领域知识三个元素，并明确定位了分流培养理论研究和行业应用人才的导向思路。具体地，在实践教学培养环节上，特别提出了开展科技创新的要求和提高学生解决实际问题能力的目标。

基于多年的专业教学和学科建设经历，我们很清晰地发现，决定统计学本科专业学生培养质量的关键在于是否可以在营造特定的情境激发学生开展统计研究的兴趣，从而以实际问题为驱动，以真实数据案例为载体，以实践过程中的收获和体会为情节，通过导师团队的有效指导提升学生自身的综合技能和专业素养，进而实现方法或模型方面的理论突破与科技创新。……
