摘 要：徽州工匠精神是徽州匠人在徽文化的滋养中，用自己的心靈手巧，在与“物”的相处中日积月累形成的一种优良品质。它既有一般工匠精神的共性，对技艺精益求精、一丝不苟，追求极致;又受徽州地理人文环境影响，具有自身独特的价值，表现出技、艺、道三位一体，追求精致、精美和精神的特征。正因为这样一种优良品质，徽州工匠表现出一股“儒匠”的气质，徽州工艺散发着一种“精雅”的美。

Inheritance and Development of Huizhou Craftsman Spirit Based on the Trinity of Technology， Art and Taoism

Abstract： Huizhou craftsman spirit is a kind of fine quality formed by Huizhou craftsmen in the cultivation of Huizhou culture， with their own dexterity， and in the interaction with "things". It not only has the common characteristics of the general craftsman spirit， including the pursuit of perfection， meticulousness and perfection of craftsmanship， but also has its own unique value under the influence of Huizhou geographical and cultural environment， showing the trinity of technology， art and Taoism， and the pursuit of perfection， elegance and spirit. Because of such a fine quality， Huizhou craftsmen show a "Confucian craftsman" temperament， and Huizhou craft exudes a "refined and elegant" beauty.

一、工匠精神概述

在中国制造转型升级的当下，“培养精益求精的工匠精神”成为政府和社会的共同呼吁，“工匠精神”一词也时来运转，骤然成为各行各业关注的焦点。一般认为，“工匠精神狭义上是指凝结在工匠身上、广义上是指凝结在所有人身上所具有的，制作或工作中追求精益求精的态度与品质”[1]。我国是传统的手工业大国，工匠精神并非新生事物，实则古已有之。它存在于我国悠久的造物传统中，存在于地方文化对精品意识的价值追求和审美细节中，是匠人工作态度的体现。工匠精神的“工”对应的是工艺，“匠”指向职业身份和匠心，“精神”则是文化价值取向，因此工匠精神既是一种技能，也是一种艺术品质，还是一种文化追求。……
