摘  要：近年来，随着“金课”概念和建设标准的明晰，高校中形成了淘汰“水课”，争创“金课”的浪潮，创新创业教育课程也处在向金课转型的关键时期。文章结合应用型高校办学特色和区域优势，引入OBE教育理念，从创新创业金课顶层设计、课程体系、评价机制3个维度详细阐述了创新创业金课的建设思路及有效路径，为应用型高校双创人才培养目标进行实践探索。

Abstract： In recent years， with the clarity of the concept and construction standards of "golden lesson"， a wave of "water lesson" has been eliminated in colleges and universities to strive for "golden lesson". The curriculum of innovation and entrepreneurship education is also in a critical period of transformation to "golden lesson". According tothe characteristics and regional advantages of application-oriented colleges and universities， this paper introduces the concept of OBE education， and elaborates the construction ideas and effective paths of innovation and entrepreneurship "gold course" from the three dimensions of top-level design， curriculum system and evaluation mechanism. The purpose of it is to carry out practical exploration for the training objectives of entrepreneurship and innovation talents in application-oriented colleges and universities.

引言

在2018年6月召开的“新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会”上，教育部陈宝生部长提出了“对大学生要有效‘增负，要把‘水课转变成有深度、有难度、有挑战度的‘金课”，“金课”概念成为教育界的热词被大家所熟知。随后，教育部印发的《关于狠抓新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议精神落实的通知》文件中，又提出了“各高校要全面梳理各门课程的教学内容，淘汰‘水课、打造‘金课，切实提高课程教学质量”，“金课”正式被写入教育部的文件[1]。到目前，建设中国“金课”已然成为新时代高校教育改革的重要命题摆在每一个教育工作者面前。创新创业教育同样也急需进行“金课”式的全面升级。现阶段，创新创业教育存在着创新创业课程与专业教育融合度不高，创新创业课程与创新创业实践脱节，创新创业课程评价体系不完善等突出问题。创新创业“金课”的建设，给高校创新创业教育发展提供了新的时代思路。
