摘  要：近年来，随着我国教育事业的迅速发展，初中德育的发展越来越受到人们的重视。特别是对初中生来说，重视德育，创新和丰富德育方法，有助于他们创造正确的价值观，提高自身素质。因此，我国初中教师需要在教育过程中重视对学生的德育工作，提高初中德育的质量和水平，促进初中德育工作的顺利开展。

On moral education teaching in junior high school

【Abstract】In recent years，with the rapid development of China's education，the development of moral education in junior high school has been paid more and more attention. Especially for junior high school students，attaching importance to moral education，innovating and enriching moral education methods can help them create correct values and improve their own quality. Therefore，junior high school teachers need to attach importance to the moral education of students in the process of education，improve the quality and level of moral education in junior high school，and promote the smooth development of moral education in junior high school.

初中德育教學是一种与美育、体育、心理教育密切相关的政治、思想、法律、道德、心理健康教育形式，直接影响学生的健康成长和教育水平。目前，在许多初中班主任的德育工作中，存在着德育认识不足、专业素质不高、德育环境差等问题。德育实效性不高，教育效果不容乐观。进一步完善和创新教育对策迫在眉睫。本文收集并阐释了相关研究资料和文献，主要探讨了新时期提高中学教师教学之我见有效途径。

1.充分发挥学生的主观能动性

人生价值观的形成依赖于学生的个体能动性，传统的灌输式教学忽视了学生的主体性、自我教育和自我发展。道德教育的严肃性和有效性难以量化，违背了道德教育的根本目标。新的教学标准要求教师以学生为中心，重视自身的领导作用，把课堂还给学生。因此，在现实德育背景下，教师应注重学生思维的发展，使学生养成良好的思维习惯和大脑习惯。对于教学案例学生应该思考案例中的是非行为，而不是定性行为。……
