摘 要：课堂提问，可以检查学生对已学知识和技能的掌握情况，其在课堂中发挥至关重要的作用，不仅帮助老师明确孩子们对知识的掌握，更能够对已经学习的知识进行知识核查，最终在潜移默化下推动课堂教学质量的提升。课堂提问应该注意适时、适度、全面、灵活、以及兴趣性、目的性、层次性、结合生活实际。以下我们从初中生物这门学科出发，深入探究课堂提问在初中生物教学中的重大意义。

【Abstract】Classroom questioning can check the students' mastery of the knowledge and skills they have learned. It plays an important role in the classroom. It not only helps teachers make clear the children's mastery of knowledge，but also can check the knowledge that has been learned，and ultimately promote the improvement of classroom teaching quality. Classroom questioning should pay attention to timely，moderate，comprehensive，flexible，as well as interest，purpose，hierarchy，combined with the reality of life. The following we from the junior high school biology this discipline，in-depth exploration of Classroom Questioning in junior high school biology teaching significance.

課堂提问用最通俗的话来讲就是：在课本知识讲授过程中，老师在讲述完课本理论，让班级内的孩子们或者个别孩子来回答问题。在我看来，课堂提问所发挥的作用有很多，其不仅能够在课堂开始前，帮助老师明确提出本节课的教学要点，更在课程进行过程中，审查孩子们对讲授知识的掌握程度，并及时作出课程调整，最后，更在课本理论讲授后，对孩子们理论掌握程度进行整体提问，做好与后面知识讲解的连贯。由此来看，课堂提问在课本理论讲授中具有重大积极意义，以下通过分析其在生物课程理论讲授中的应用展开个别化分析，探究其在生物课程中的高效应用。
