摘  要：随着江苏省推行幼儿园课程游戏化项目，幼儿园的区域游戏就开始受到重视。相较于集体教学活动，区域游戏更重视幼儿的兴趣和自主性，兼顾了幼儿发展的个体差异。但面对每个区域的人数、材料等的限制，纪律、规则无形中渗透在区域游戏中。面对这其中的纪律和幼儿选择的自由，教师往往难以平衡。因此，笔者结合理论与实践来谈谈区域游戏中幼儿的规则培养，以期为幼儿教师提供努力的方向。

On the discipline and rules in kindergarten regional games

【Abstract】With the implementation of kindergarten curriculum Gamification project in Jiangsu Province，the regional games of kindergartens began to receive attention. Compared with the collective teaching activities，regional games pay more attention to children's interest and autonomy，taking into account the individual differences of children's development. However，in the face of the limitation of the number of people and materials in each area，disciplines and rules infiltrate into the regional games. In the face of the discipline and children's freedom of choice，teachers are often difficult to balance. Therefore，the author combines theory and practice to talk about the rule training of children in regional games，in order to provide the direction for preschool teachers.

推行课程游戏化项目之后，区域游戏就开始进入幼儿园，并格外受到重视。我们不能否认，区域游戏相较于集体教育活动使得幼兒更积极、更主动地参与游戏，也能符合他们的兴趣与需要，同时又兼顾了个体差异。但是，进行了区域游戏就一定能体现幼儿的自主性吗？我想，我看到的不是这样。所以，幼儿教师应该怎么做才能帮助幼儿在区域游戏中养成良好的纪律与规则呢？

1.区域游戏中的纪律和幼儿的自主选择能否兼得

在幼儿眼中，教师依然是权威一样的存在。虽然我们老师在区域活动中基本是不进行干涉的，但这样小班长管小组长，小组长管组员的近乎小学化的管理模式实质上就是教师的一种“授权”模式。在这样的模式下，幼儿在区域活动中既不能选择自己喜欢的区域，也不能进行自己喜欢的游戏。所以就更谈不上符合他们的兴趣、提高他们的自主性了。……
