摘  要：隨着教育的不断发展和完善，在幼儿园阶段的教育已经受到了各界的广泛关注和认识，对幼儿之后的开始接触学校教育有着很大的辅助作用。与其他阶段的教学有着很大的区别，在幼儿园大班的教学中，教师的支持对于幼儿而言至关重要，尤其是在创意木工活动这样难度比较大的教学活动中，教师就更应该提供给幼儿足够的支持。教师首先就要注重活动前的准备工作，给幼儿营造一个安全活动的保障，然后在之后的教学中培养幼儿的审美能力，让幼儿对于美能够有一个正确的认识。最后，教师也应该将鼓励教学重视起来，给幼儿心理上的支持，让幼儿能够树立自己的信心，才能够让幼儿更好的发挥自己的创意。

Thinking and practice of teachers' supportive strategies in creative woodworking activities of large class

【Abstract】With the continuous development and improvement of education，the education in kindergarten stage has been widely concerned and recognized by all walks of life，which has a great auxiliary role in the contact with school education after children. There is a big difference with other stages of teaching，in the teaching of large classes in kindergarten，the support of teachers is very important for children，especially in creative woodworking activities，which is more difficult，teachers should provide enough support to children. First of all，teachers should pay attention to the preparation work before the activity，to create a security activity for children，and then in the later teaching to cultivate children's aesthetic ability，so that children can have a correct understanding of beauty. Finally，teachers should also pay attention to encourage teaching，give children psychological support，so that children can establish their own confidence，so that children can better play their own creativity.

许多幼儿教师在教学中还存在着盲点，在开展支持性教学的时候，与鼓励教育画上了等号。不管是幼儿做出来什么举动，都只是一味的去鼓励和表扬。这一种教学的方式不仅容易让幼儿感觉到骄傲和自满，还会出现应付对待的心理，时间久了对于幼儿的健康成长有着很大的负面影响。其实，支持性的教学策略具体指的内容是教师为了能够激发幼儿的创新能力而去刻意的引发幼儿的创造性的行为的一种教学方式。这一种支持并不盲目，只有当幼儿表现出来创造力，或者是表达出来一个正确的行动意向的时候教师才能够进行支持和引导。……
