摘  要：良好习惯的养成对幼儿的成长有非常重要的意义，影响着孩子学习、生活、工作等的方方面面。幼儿阶段是培养学生基本认知的阶段，因为幼儿时期的孩子心智不成熟，模仿性和可塑性强，对世界的认知和习惯都是受身边的人所影响，所有的行为是通过模仿身边的人而形成的习惯。人的习惯大多数是在幼儿时期养成的，所以幼儿时期的孩子最容易培养好的习惯。因此教师在幼儿园小班所承担的角色尤为重要，幼儿园小班的教师主要的责任是引导和培养幼儿养成良好的习惯，树立幼儿健全的人格。因此，幼儿园要为幼儿的习惯把好关。

The cultivation of good habits of small class children in kindergarten

【Abstract】The cultivation of good habits is of great significance to children's growth，which affects all aspects of children's study，life and work. The early childhood stage is the stage of cultivating students' basic cognition，because the children in the early childhood period are immature in mind and strong in imitation and plasticity. Their cognition and habits of the world are influenced by the people around them. All behaviors are formed by imitating the people around them. Most of people's habits are formed in early childhood，so children in early childhood are the easiest to cultivate good habits. Therefore，the role of teachers in small kindergarten classes is particularly important. The main responsibility of kindergarten teachers is to guide and cultivate children to develop good habits and establish healthy personality. Therefore，kindergartens should check the habits of children.

幼兒园小班在孩子的成长时期属于一个过渡期，是为了让孩子提前适应学习的环境，但主要的责任在于为孩子培养良好的习惯，树立正确的道德观念，培养正确的学生态度，建立正确的教育理念。幼儿是祖国的花朵，是国家未来的希望，培养幼儿养成良好的习惯是国家繁荣发展的关键，因此幼儿园小班幼儿的教育很重要，重在习惯的培养。通过分析绝大多数的成功人士的成长经历可知，这些人良好的学生习惯、生活习惯、工作习惯基本都是在幼儿时期就养成的。因为幼儿对世界的认知有限，所以幼儿的一切行为都是在后天通过模仿、学习而形成的。所以幼儿园小班的教师要抓住幼儿期孩子模仿能力来培养幼儿的好习惯。……
