摘  要：在大数据时代下，大数据技术的应用，为学生获取外界信息，提供了新的途径，与此同时，对高校学生教育管理工作的要求也愈发严格。在此背景下，高校学生教育管理工作的开展，需要将大数据技术作为支持，积极把握时代发展机遇，主动迎接并克服挑战。故文章以大数据时代高校学生教育管理工作个性化研究为题，首先阐述大数据时代对高校学生教育管理工作的影响，然后分析大数据时代下高校学生教育管理工作个性化特征的表现，最后提出几点推动学生教育管理工作个性化发展的对策，希望为相关行业提供借鉴。

Abstract： In the era of big data， the application of big data technology provides a new way for students to obtain external information， at the same time， the requirements for the management of college students' education are becoming more and more strict. Under this background， the development of college students' education management needs to take big data technology as support， actively grasp the development opportunities of the times， and take the initiative to meet and overcome the challenges. Therefore， this article takes the individuation research of student education management work in the university in the big data era as the topic， first elaborating influence brought by the big data era to the university student education management work， then analyzing the individual characteristic performance of the education management work of university students in the big data era， finally putting forward several measures to promote the individualized development of student education management， hoping to provide reference for relevant industries.

引言

大数据时代的到来为各行各业带来了发展的机遇，对于高校教育管理工作也不例外，但站在另一个角度而言，大数据技术的普及应用，降低了信息发布和获取的门槛，学生很容易在外界信息的影响下迷失自我，并形成错误的思想认知观念，有甚者还会做出违法乱纪的事情。针对此类现象，高校教育管理应发挥大数据的优势作用，通过数据存储、分析和共享等功能的实现，加深对学生的了解和掌握，促使高校教育管理朝着微观的方向发展。个性化、创新化和现代化发展目标也会因此而实现，以促进高校学生教育管理效果的增强。
