摘  要：财务管理是高等职业院校经管财务专业人才培养过程中一门专业核心课程，这门课具有专业技能要求高、实践能力强、学生素质要求能力高的特点，学习此门课学生可以在今后实习和工作中得到广泛的运用，当前国内外各高职院校针对财务管理这门课程采取了一系列的教学改革措施，如案例教学法、顶岗实习法，但是还存在一些问题，文章以大理农林职业技术学院为例，借鉴国内外先进教育经验，从高职院校财务管理课程地位和教学现状出发，讨论存在的问题、提出了教学改革的建议。

Abstract： As a professional core course to train excellent talents of economic management and finance majors in higher vocational colleges， Financial Management is characterized by high requirements of professional skills， strong practical ability and high quality requirements of students. Therefore， it is necessary for students to learn this course， which can be widely applied in future practice and work. Although numerous foreign and domestic vocational colleges have taken various teaching reform measures for this course like case teaching method and specific-job training method， there are still some problems. In this paper， Dali Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry is taken as an example to discuss the existing problems by referencing the foreign and domestic advanced education experience. It starts from the status of Financial Management and its teaching in higher vocational colleges， so as to propose suggestions for the teaching reform.

國务院2019年1月24日印发的《国务院关于印发国家职业教育改革实施方案的通知》（职教二十条）已经为我国职业教育改革提出了顶层设计，高等职业学校要培养服务区域发展的高素质技术技能人才，重点服务企业特别是中小微企业的技术研发和产品升级，为加强社区教育和终身学习服务。建立“职教高考”制度，完善“文化素质+职业技能”的考试体系及“课程思政”等教改思想，在国家大力支持职业教育改革，鼓励高职教师创新教学方式的大背景下，我们财务管理课程改革课题组，理当积极响应国家号召，立足对高职院校财务管理课程改革教学工作中的探索总结，努力促进职业教育与经济社会发展的结合，促进高职院校课程教学对学生的吸引力及学生对职业技能的学习兴趣。……
