摘  要：东北大学生物工程专业经过几年的办学实践，探索通过教师开展科学研究、完善培养方案，并结合大学生创新实验项目推动创新人才培养的模式，全面深化改革、提升办学质量，实现了科学研究、人才培养和科技创新培育的有机结合。以“全程导师制”为主线，设计开展了以“育苗计划-苗圃计划-青林计划”为主要内容的系列大学生创新实验项目。以“生物科学与工程实验教学中心”为主体，以“立德树人”为根本，依托学院5个研究所的科研优势和师资力量，建设完成了适合学生创新能力培养的产学研创新实践平台。形成了具有东北大学特色，且充分体现“三全育人”综合改革思想的递进式、立体化、全方位创新人才培养模式，提高了创新人才培养质量。

Abstract： Bioengineering major of Northeastern University has explored the mode of promoting the cultivation of innovative talents through scientific research and improvement of training programs by teachers， and combined with innovative experimental projects of college students， comprehensively deepening the reform and improving the quality of running schools after several years of practice. The organic combination of scientific research， talent training and scientific and technological innovation cultivation has been realized. Based on the "whole-course tutorial system"， a series of innovative experimental projects for college students were designed and carried out with the main contents of "Seedling-Nursery-Green Forest plan". Based on the scientific research advantages and teachers' strength of the five institutes of the college， a practical platform for innovation of production， education and research is built. It has formed a progressive， three-dimensional and all-round innovative talent training mode with the characteristics of Northeastern University， and fully embodies the comprehensive reform thought of "Three Complete Eucation"， which improves the quality of innovative talent training.

2018年6月教育部在四川成都召开的新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议强调，要坚持“以本为本”，推进“四个回归”，把人才培养的质量和效果作为检验一切工作的根本标准[1-2]。

东北大学生物工程专业一直坚持以培养高质量创新研究型复合人才为长远发展目标，把内涵发展、提高人才培养质量作为专业发展的主线，以创新人才培养为根本，以学科建设为龙头，以队伍建设为关键，以科学研究为支撑，开展多方位的综合改革举措，全面深化改革，提高办学质量和创新人才培养质量。……
