摘  要：幼儿隐性德育课程是促进幼儿品德教育发展的有效模式，更是增强幼儿教学质量的重要方式。本文简单介绍了隐性课程，就隐性德育课程在幼儿教育中的意义进行了分析，并探讨了优化幼儿品德教育的途径，充分发挥隐性课程的积极作用，将其与显性课程相结合，发挥德育教育的最大化价值，取得幼儿素质培养的积极成效。

On the Educational Value of the Development of Childrens Implicit Moral Education Curriculum

【Abstract】 Recessive Moral Education Curriculum for children is an effective mode to promote the development of childrens moral education，and it is also an important way to enhance the quality of childrens teaching. This paper briefly introduces the hidden curriculum，analyzes the significance of the hidden moral education curriculum in early childhood education，and discusses the ways to optimize the moral education of children，give full play to the positive role of the hidden curriculum，combine it with the dominant curriculum，give full play to the maximum value of moral education，and achieve positive results in the cultivation of childrens quality.

1.隱性课程介绍

隐性课程是在学校教学课程及幼儿发展规划中并未进行明确规定，却需要幼儿进行学习的个人经验，同显性课程相对，隐性课程无法通过分数、考试等方式对教育质量进行考核。具体课程包括：个人能力、人际关系、性别差异、班级结构等，其教学效果主要表现在幼儿个人政治、价值观形成、权利观念养成等方面。我国正式进行隐性课程的研究是在上世纪80年代，虽然现在对隐性课程的概念还未取得同意，但这不能阻碍人们进行相关课程研究，并且研究主题从校园环境中逐渐延伸到学校周围的物质环境、制度建设、幼儿心理等方方面面。幼儿德育方式的构建，能够使其与生活之间产生情感反应，强调幼儿参与到对生活经验的探索活动中来。在现代化教学改革的环境趋势下，强调幼儿隐性德育课程教学模式，加强课本知识的教学应用，能有效解决当今社会关于人才的实际要求。可以提高幼儿学习能力及创造性思维，避免学生学习浮于表面，有效缓解幼儿融入集体的抵触情绪，为其人生成长打下良好基础。……
