摘  要：中学生正处于青春叛逆期，中学阶段也是一个人行为习惯、高尚品德、价值观念、人生理想形成的关键阶段。素质教育要求立德树人，而班主任是一个班级的管理者，是学生行为的塑造者，更是灵魂的工程师。班主任工作的重要职责就是对学生进行德育教育，培养学生正确的政治方向，促进他们全面发展。本文就初中班主任如何做好学生的德育工作展开讨论。

How to do a good job of moral education in junior middle school

【Abstract】Middle school students are in the rebellious period of youth，and the middle school stage is also the key stage for the formation of one's behavior habits，noble morality，values and life ideals. Quality education requires moral education，and the head teacher is the manager of a class，the shaper of students' behavior and the engineer of the soul. The important duty of the head teacher's work is to carry out moral education for students，cultivate students' correct political direction，and promote their all-round development. This paper discusses how to do a good job of moral education in junior middle school.

德育是现代教育的主要课题，更是我国教育的重要任务。班主任肩负着教书育人的重要职责，加强中学生的德育教育，提高德育实效，必须发挥班主任的积极作用，采取创新性的德育方法，优化德育途径，提高德育实效，让学生将学习的品德素养、道德情操内化为个人的品德外化为个人的行为，真正促进中学生全面发展。

1.班主任必须遵循实施德育的原则

（1）循序漸进原则

对初中生进行德育工作的展开并不是一蹴而就的，必须坚持循序渐进原则，既保证德育教育的针对性、科学性，又要考虑学生的接受性。中学生的接受能力有限，思想品德形成和发展是有一定顺序的，必须逐步深化。随着他们年龄的增长、知识的积累、生活阅历的增加、日常行为的强化会呈现出由低到高，由浅入深的过渡。因此，在初中三年的生活中，班主任要根据学生的年龄阶段、身心发展特点，构建出既有侧重，又能够相互连接的品德教育。……
