摘  要：幼儿是国家的未来，民族的希望，幼儿健康、活泼地成长预示着国家、民族、蓬勃发展的将来。幼儿园体育活动是幼儿教育活动的重要组成部分，是落实"健康第一"思想的重要途径，又是培养幼儿意志品质和社会性发展的主要方式，它的开展对幼儿身心发展有着至关重要的意义。文章從体育活动的内容、组织形式以及作用等方面对幼儿体育活动做了简单介绍，并对如何因地制宜开展幼儿园体育活动进行了分析，旨在为各地区开展多种形式的体育活动提供参考。

Research on various forms of kindergarten sports activities adapted to local conditions

【Abstract】Children are the future of the country and the hope of the nation. The healthy and lively growth of children indicates the future of the country，nation and vigorous development. Kindergarten sports activities are an important part of early childhood education activities，an important way to implement the idea of "health first"，and a main way to cultivate children's will quality and social development. It is of great significance to children's physical and mental development. This paper briefly introduces the content，organization form and function of sports activities for children，and analyzes how to carry out kindergarten sports activities according to local conditions，so as to provide reference for various forms of sports activities in various regions.

1.幼儿园体育活动的内容

幼儿体育是幼儿教育的重要组成部分，其性质类似于学校体育，但幼儿体育又具有其独特性，它是融合幼儿保育和教育为一体的特殊的教育领域。幼儿园体育活动是幼儿体育的具体化和重要表现形式，是一种含义较为全面的运动教育活动，对于它内涵的界定目前有很多说法，具有代表性的有两种观点。王晓松认为：“幼儿园体育活动就是通过对幼儿运动的指导，使幼儿了解自己的身体，学会巧妙地使用自己的身体，锻炼、提高体能，并发展意志、交往技能和认知技能，以及能富有创意地表现自己，促进情绪的成熟与社会性的发展。”谭星则从广义和狭义两方面对幼儿园体育活动进行了界定。从广义来看，幼儿园体育活动是指幼儿园一日活动中所有与体育相关的活动，包括早操、体育课、体育游戏、远足活动、运动会等;从狭义来看，幼儿园体育活动是指幼儿园一日活动中任何一项具体的与体育相关的活动。……
