【摘    要】班级是为学生提供学习与日常活动的场所，与学生的成长息息相关。在班级中，班主任的管理模式直接决定了班级管理工作的质量与水平，同时对学生学习与身心发展具有重要影响。想要加强初中班级管理工作，需要初中班主任不断探究管理策略，采用优质的管理方式，加强班级管理有效性。

On the Effective Measures to Improve the Effectiveness of Class Management in Junior Middle 7School Class Teachers

【Abstract】Class is a place for students to study and daily activities， and students growth is closely related. In the class， the management mode of the head teacher directly determines the quality and level of the class management， and at the same time has an important impact on students' learning and physical and mental development. In order to strengthen the class management of junior high school， the head teacher of junior high school should constantly explore management strategies and adopt high-quality management methods to enhance the effectiveness of class management.

不论是学校优化教育教学水平，或是促进学生更快、更佳的发展，都需要立足于班主任班级管理工作的开展，这对二者具有重要的影响与作用。当前阶段，社会体制日渐多元化，带动了我国教育改革工作的进一步发展，如何提高班主任班级管理实效性已经成为群众高度关注的热点问题。

一、初中班主任班级管理存在的不足

当前阶段，社会市场经济与信息的发展日渐全球化，这使我国社会体系也在向着多元化方向发展，同时教育教学改革正在深入推进，导致班主任班级管理工作需要面临较多问题，对此，班主任班级管理工作的改革与优化已成为必然趋势。但在开展班主任班级管理工作时，班主任受到传统教育观念的影响，加之其他不定性因素，导致班主任班级管理工作实效性不高，未能充分发挥班级管理工作的重要作用。其中存在多方面问题，如：班级管理理念尚未优化、班主任管理手段与方式落后，无法适应当下时代发展的基本需求、师生间缺少认真有效的沟通、难以体现学生的主体地位等，这些问题都是影响班主任开展班级管理工作的重要因素。……
