【摘  要】随着社会的不断变革，我国各个行业都有了长足的发展，尤其是近年来，我国大力建设基础设施，使建筑行业的发展更加迅猛。对于建筑行业来说，技术管理是施工中的必要环节，只有进行科学严谨的技术管理，才能保证建筑施工项目的完成质量，以及施工企业所创造的经济价值。事实上，建筑技术管理是一项复杂且有难度的工作，因此，论文针对建筑技术管理存在的问题和策略进行简单的探究，希望能够为建筑技术管理提供一些新的思路。

【Abstract】With the continuous change of society， China's various industries have made great progress， especially in recent years， China's efforts to build infrastructure， so that the development of the construction industry is more rapid. For the construction industry， technical management is a necessary link in construction. Only scientific and rigorous technical management can ensure the completion quality of construction projects and the economic value created by construction enterprises. In fact， building technology management is a complex and difficult work. Therefore， this paper simply explores the existing problems and countermeasures of the building technology management， hoping to provide some new ideas for the building technology management.

1 引言

随着我国经济的不断发展，以及基础设施建设的不断完善，建筑行业逐渐成为国民经济的一大支柱性产业，但是，在当前的建筑项目的建设过程中，仍然存在着很多问题，其中建筑技术管理所存在的问题尤为严重，因此，很多建筑企业迫切地寻找解决该问题的方法，事实上，我国也在不断加强建筑行业的管理，而建筑技术管理的不断完善，也能够为建筑项目的整体质量提供有力的保障。因此，对建筑技术管理存在的问题及应对策略进行探究是非常有意义的。
