【摘  要】在我国科技快速发展的背景下，机电工程电气施工的比重与重要性逐步提升。在高热度与高竞争的整体发展状态下，机电工程电气施工面临前所未有的机遇和挑战，基于此，确保施工质量与安全成为至关重要的环节。如何确保电气施工安全、完善对安全技术措施的运用是当前工作的重点。论文在分析机电工程电气施工安全危险源的辨识方法的基础上，对电气施工安全技术措施进行了探讨，以期发现影响施工安全的各个因素，处理其中的安全隐患，为促进整个行业的发展创造良好条件。

【Abstract】Under the background of the rapid development of science and technology in China， the proportion and importance of electrical construction in mechanical and electrical engineering has gradually increased. Under the overall development state of high heat and high competition， the electrical construction in mechanical and electrical engineering is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Based on this， ensuring construction quality and safety has become a crucial link. How to ensure the safety of electrical construction and improve the application of safety technical measures is the focus of the current work. Based on the analysis of the identification methods of safety hazards of electrical construction in mechanical and electrical engineering， this paper discusses the safety technical measures for electrical construction， so as to find various factors affecting construction safety， deal with the potential safety hazards， and create good conditions for promoting the development of the whole industry.

1 引言

在完整的建筑项目当中，电气工程往往会从施工开始一直到施工结束，贯穿于工程建设全过程，为工程项目的长远发展提供良好支撑。但从目前机电工程电气施工的具体实施角度进行分析，其中仍然存在许多问题有待解决，安全意识薄弱和安全技术应用不足是非常显著的问题。在机电工程电气施工环节安全事故频发的现实情况为人们敲响了警钟，也督促各方在机电工程电气施工当中做好安全隐患的排查以及处理，因为一旦出现处理不及时的情况，就会带来严重的经济损失，甚至会造成人员伤亡，影响工程建设目标的达成。所以为进一步推动机电工程电气施工的安全有序开展，必须从安全技术措施的研究和应用角度出发，讨论安全隐患情况并提出针对性的解决方案，以便为整个行业发展提供有效思路与重要参考。……
