摘 要 研究选取1986年～2020年CNKI数据库收录的以“高等教育评价”和“双一流建设”为主题的355篇论文，运用计量可视化分析方法对论文的研究趋势、研究内容、研究者、研究机构、研究基金进行系统分析。研究发现：我国高等教育评价和双一流建设中存在评价指标过于单一，评价内容针对性弱，评价主体政府主导化倾向严重，评价目的与教育目的偏离，评价结果运用不合理、不及时等问题，可以通过创建开放的多维度评价，进行多元的价值判断，促进多元的评价主体参与，以人才培养目标为导向，构建科学、规范、合理、及时的高等教育评价体系，打造符合我国国情的一流高校和一流学科。

Abstract The paper has selected 355 papers themed with "higher educational evaluation" and "double-first-rate construction" from CNKI database during 1986 to 2018 to analyze the research trends， research contents， researchers， research institutions， research funds by using the method of bibliometric and visualization analysis. It's found that the singleness of evaluation index ， the lack of pertinence on evaluation content， the inclination of government leading， the deviation of educational purpose， the unreasonable and untimely application of evaluation results are the main problems. To create the first-class university and first-class discipline in line with China's national conditions， an accurate higher education evaluation system with multi-dimensional evaluations， multi-value judgments， multi-evaluation subjects， talent training orientations should be constructed.

1 研究的缘由

目前，在教育全球化背景下，高端人才的竞争日益加剧，越来越多的国家通过实施高等教育非均衡发展的战略，打造自己的世界一流大学和世界一流学科，提升高等教育的竞争力。[1]

在这样的背景下，我国高等教育发展情况是怎么样的？我国学者对“高等教育评价”和“双一流建设”做了哪些研究？在他们研究的过程中发现了什么问题？有什么好的顶层解决办法？这些问题值得我们深入研究和关注。本文借助计量可视化分析的方法对CNKI数据库中收录的研究高等教育评价和双一流建设的论文进行统计和分析，以期更直观、更系统地揭示以往的研究成果，为今后提升我国高等教育实力，实现科教兴国目标提供可借鉴的思路。……
