摘 要 在当前新形势下，高校思想政治教育作为三全育人主阵地，发挥着极其重要的作用，也正得到重视和关注。当前形势下，高校思想政治教师借助理论工具，充分发挥教育教学创造性，在课堂教学和思想教育战线探索新的教育教学模式，提高育人标准和育人能力，本文结合当前形势下三全育人视阈下高校思想政治教育中存在一些突出问题进行分析，并针对这些实际问题，探索加强高校思想政治工作方法，为实现学生的全面发展提供指导。

The Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era from the Perspective of Three Complete Education

Abstract With the development and progress of network information technology， the number of network platforms is increasing rapidly. Network media is widely used in information， culture， education and other aspects， resulting in a variety of new media technologies， which affect all aspects of social life. According to the basic characteristics of the new media era， this paper analyzes the necessity of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of the new media era. Combined with the current application of new media technology， this paper analyzes the impact of new media technology on students' Ideological and political education， and puts forward specific strategies of Ideological and political education， so as to provide reference for the teaching staff of Ideological and political education.

十九大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央着眼于培养全面高素质人才，针对高校思想政治工作提出了具体全面的要求。高校思想政治工作是学生教育的核心，建立完整科学的思想政治教育体系，将思想政治教育工作融入日常教育教学之中，结合素质教育培养目标，实现学生的全面发展。

1三全育人视角下高校思想政治教育暴露出的问题

1.1 思想政治课程教育教学方法和教学设计思路缺乏整体性

自改革开放以来，思想政治课程在国内各大高校已经全面铺开和落实，而事实上这门学科自身具有一些特殊性，如学科结构庞大，内容繁多，涉及的思想理论强调与时俱进，而一些观点和方法论则要求结合实际，强调学生在学习中不断探索和实践，对于一些涉及新时代改革的内容，则更加注重求实创新。……
