摘  要：随着社会的不断进步和发展，传统落后的高校图书馆服务的方式和理念已经无法适应新时代快速发展的节奏。高校图书馆在高校中的作用似乎越来越薄弱，要想让高校图书馆在高校教书育人、科研攻坚及社会服务中发挥越来越大的作用，就必须在图书馆服务创新上下功夫，只有走上创新这条路，才能跟得上时代日新月异的步伐，也只有不断加强高校图书馆的服务创新才能满足高校师生在新时代中吸取营养的不同需求，让广大师生能更加享受到来自高校文化的服务。高校图书馆服务创新具有多样性，无论在信息文献支持上，还是在创新服务的形式上，都会最大限度地发挥高校图书馆创新服务的文献检索、科技及育人等功能。

Research on Service Innovation of University Library

Abstract： With the continuous progress and development of society， the traditional and outdated university library service methods and concepts can no longer adapt to the rapid development of the new era. The role of libraries in universities seems to be getting weaker and weaker. If university libraries are to play an increasing role in teaching and educating students， scientific research and social services， library service innovation must be carried out. Library can keep pace with the rapid changes in the times with innovation. Library can meet the different needs of university teachers and students to absorb nutrition in the new era by continuously strengthening the service innovation so that teachers and students can enjoy more service from university culture. The service innovation of university libraries is diversified. Whether in the support of information literature or in the form of innovative services， university library will maximize the functions of literature retrieval， science and technology and education.

在當今年形势复杂多变的国际社会，科技、经济和文化发展方面的竞争决定一个国家综合实力的体现。而提高和加强高校知识分子的阅读能力和阅读素养就自然而然地成为提高国家综合国力以及文化软实力的重要途径。图书馆、教师和实验室历来被认定是高校的“三大支柱”，图书馆则被公认为“三大支柱”中的主柱，被称为高校的文化素养、传承科学有意义的文化知识有着重要的现实意义公共图书馆服务的发展承担着一定区域内的社会教育、文化交流、信息传递、休闲娱乐的任务。图书馆、教师和实验室历来被认定是高校的“三大支柱”，图书馆则被公认为“三大支柱”中的主柱，被称为高校的“心脏”。……
