摘  要：一个学生无论学习有多好，能力有多强，如果忽视了思想政治教育，有可能使其人格品质、人生观、价值观扭曲，偏离人生发展的轨迹，那将是教育的巨大失败。为此，需要加强学校思想政治建设。该文首先对西部初中学校思想政治教育现状与初中生思想政治教育存在问题的原因进行了分析，并基于此，提出了优化初中学校思想政治教育的措施，以期为学校思想政治教育提供借鉴，为学生的健康成长提供教育支持。

Analysis of the Current Situation of Ideological and Political Education in Schools

Abstract： No matter how good a student is in learning and how strong his ability is， if he neglects the ideological and political education， he may distort his personality， outlook on life and values and deviate from the track of life development， which will be a great failure of education. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political construction of schools. This paper first analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in western junior high schools and the reasons for the problems existing in the ideological and political education of junior high school students. Based on this， it puts forward the measures to optimize the ideological and political education in junior high school in order to provide reference for the ideological and political education of schools and provide educational support for the healthy growth of students.

学校思想政治教育是培养学生未来能否成为一个合格的社会主义建设者和接班人，成为担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的首要任务。近年来，在中小学及高校学生中陆续出现了一些不良言行，甚至是抵毁祖国的言行。这些言行的出现，促使人们不禁要问这些孩子在成长过程中究竟怎么了？我们的教育究竟出了什么问题？面对社会各界和人们的质疑，作为一个教育工作者，认真反思学校教育，反思学校在学生思想品德教育方面的真实情况，分析学校思想政治教育的现实状况，弄清存在的问题及成因，研究解决问题的策略，促进学校思想政治教育的长足发展，具有十分重要的意义和现实紧迫性。该文将以一个一线教育工作者的眼光，就初中学校在思想教育工作方面的现状，做一粗浅的探析。
